Payment policies

Payments processed through credit or debit cards are made through the Stripe payment platform/gateway, with prior authorization, for payment of post-delivery services. The User acknowledges and accepts that Stripe reserves the right to decline a transaction for any reason and that, if applicable, neither Stripe nor Aconcagua Agency will be responsible for such declined payments.

The data of the credit cards that are used in the online payment are not stored. Aconcagua Agency uses a secure payment gateway provided by Stripe that guarantees the integrity of communications through sufficiently secure means (SSL, secure URLs, etc.).

During the payment process, authentication of card ownership will be required through verification mechanisms of the bank that issued the card. The transaction currency of the contracted services will be the American dollar (USD$).

Return and cancellation policies

In no case will a refund or cancellation be accepted. The services we provide are canceled post delivery, so that when issuing the payment the client admits the satisfaction and enjoyment of the service. Any return request will be considered a fraud attempt and the corresponding notification will be made to the banking entities and Stripe.
